Join Dr. Christine for an Exciting Health and Wellness Talk!

Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired? Do you really want to restore your mental health? Dr. Christine Najjar, founder of Food First MD, is here to guide you through the ABC's of Food First Eating for Mental Health. She believes that when nourished properly, your mind and body have an innate ability to heal.

In her upcoming talk, Dr. Christine will reveal how the latest research is using food to treat serious mental health issues including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and Alzheimer's.

The approach is delicious, refreshing and customizes food as medicine to balance hormones and energize your mind, making you feel like a new person!
