Program Description

Event Details

Foraging 101 is an introductory class that examines the "dos" and "do nots" of foraging in Connecticut. You will learn the basic tools of navigating the wilds of the state and how to collect what you find. In the second half of the class, you will learn what you can easily find and identify from each season. Gina will bring some items that were made from foraged materials and foods for participants to try.
