Program Description

Event Details

In this engaging workshop, we will explore the work of Italian Renaissance artists from 1300 to 1600. While there are some names you have likely heard of, you will also view the work and hear the stories of artists you may have never heard of before.

BPL is excited to welcome back Helane Rheingold. Through commentary and questioning, Helane encourages viewers to learn and discover a new appreciation for art. Helane has worked as a docent at the Neuberger Museum of Art in Purchase, NY, an instructor at Learning in Retirement, Inc. in Stamford, CT, and an arts enrichment facilitator in the Stamford Public Schools.
