Event Details
May is Mental Health Month! Come to the McMahon Wintonbury Library to practice yoga with Miss Pia. Children and families are encouraged to learn to be present and connect their breath with their physical movements to support a strong mind and body. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one, if not one can be provided. This program may happen outside if weather permits. Registration is required, space is limited.
