Did you know that May is Mental Health Awareness Month? Life is filled with chaos, some of which we have done nothing personally to attract into our lives. How we handle chaos affects every aspect of our existence: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Each stage of the acceptance and empowerment process challenges us to stretch and grow. If we welcome the process, we move safely and securely through chaos; if we live in fear of what comes next, we hinder our development and miss life’s greatest blessings. Chaos often serves as a gangplank to hopelessness, fear, and pessimism; however, with a shift in perspective, chaos can become a gateway to peace, harmony, and happiness. There will be time for Q&A, so bring your questions!
Motivational speaker and author Constance Hallinan Lagan inspires people to live by their inner calling. Currently working on a new book, The Magnitude and Simplicity of Life, Connie remains faithful to her own inner voice, and, in doing so, makes others aware of their inner spirit. She empowers them to take the “right action” to live in peace, happiness, and harmony, whether they are seeking to engage in an entrepreneurial pursuit to advance their career or enrich their lives through personal growth.
