Join us for Seasonal Favorites to Boost Your Plate, a delicious gluten-free and vegan cooking class led by Jennifer Marcks. Learn delicious, healthier seasonal recipes that will wake up your taste buds and fill your plate with new ideas you’ll want to make all season long. Jennifer lives gluten-free with her three children, so all the recipes are gluten-free and dairy-free—but don’t let that scare you! Come learn how gluten-free living can be healthy and delicious.
Jennifer will give a recipe book to the participants to make the following: Fall Quinoa Salad, Pumpkin Oat Balls, and Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate Latte.
Jennifer Marcks is a certified Gluten-Free Health Coach and founder of Gluten-Free Marcks the Spot. There is no reason to live in deprivation when cutting things from your plate. “When you change your plate, you change your health, you change your life.”
