Bloomfield Public Library is excited to once again partner with the Children's Museum of West Hartford for some great Fun Friday programs! They will join us at our Prosser Library location on the first and second Friday of each month.
First Fridays—ROBOTICS: The first Friday of each month will focus on in-depth robot building. The museum staff shows kids how to code the finches and the micro bits to make something they can add to every week. Best for ages 8+ and/or kids who are comfortable reading and writing on their own.
Second Fridays—Engineering Challenges & Live Animal Learning: The Children's Museum will dedicate the second Friday of each month to sharing live animals or engineering challenges.
BPL librarians will facilitate activities on all other Fridays, including a new Crazy 8s Math series designed for kids in kindergarten through grade 5.
Homeschoolers of all ages, birth to teen, are invited! The variety of programs cover as many ages as possible. Sign-up for each class is appreciated so we can prepare materials. Questions? Please email ndolat@libraryconnection.info
