'Tis the season for ugly holiday shirts...let BPL help you make one!
Teens provide the t-shirt or sweatshirt, and BPL will provide all other materials necessary to make a light-up, "ugly" holiday shirt. For ages 12 and up.
Space is limited - registration online is required.
