This class will cover the techniques of creating needle felted art on a pre felted bar of soap. Paricipants may use one of the designs from Lyric Farm or create a design of their own. All materials will be provided to make one bar of soap.
About Lyric Farm
Lyric Hill Farm is a small family owned farm dedicated to sustainability, respecting people, animals, the environment and organic practices.
At Lyric Hill, we love soap. The plants and goats we tend are the foundation for our all natural, handcrafted soaps. Our goat milk soaps are made from a proprietary blend of luxury, fair trade, and food grade oils and butters; our own fresh goat milk; infusions from our own organic herbs and flowers, local honey, filtered rain water, the highest quality, aromatherapy grade essential oils and sodium hydroxide (lye). We never use synthetic dyes or colorants. We choose our ingredients carefully to compose a bar of soap that is good for your senses and your skin.
Our small herd of French Alpine dairy goats supply us with rich milk that is free from pesticides, hormones and antibiotics.
We never test our products on animals (just human guinea pigs like family members, friends and neighbors). Our goat milk soap is 100% biodegradable and has a rich bubbly lather that is packed with nutrients and vitamins. Each bar of soap is made, cut and wrapped by hand. We strive to make products that are luxurious and will pamper, while remaining eco-friendly and as gentle as possible.
