Program Description

Event Details

Feel like you are trapped in a Medicare maze? Perhaps all the calls, emails, snail mail, and tv commercials seem overwhelming and not quite sure who to turn to? Michael Andrews also known as MediMike in the community will guide you through the Medicare process while discussing the differences between Medicare Advantage vs supplement, when and how to enroll, the costs associate with Medicare, and how to avoid unnecessary late enrollment penalties.

Michael Andrews has over 15 years' experience working with seniors starting out as a nurse's aid, then becoming a Registered Nurse, and now helping Medicare beneficiaries in CT navigate the confusing yet necessary process of Medicare. Michael and his wife Laura live in Wethersfield, CT along with their daughter and dog Jax. Michael is a strong believer in continuing education and always looks for ways to help simplify the Medicare process. Michael enjoys spending his free time taking his family to the park, going to the gym, and working in his yard.
