Event Details
Slow down and get connected to the beauty of spring with a meditative journaling practice among friends. Gentle, mindful guided nature explorations of nature objects with invitations for writing and expressive drawing will be offered. Learn a wonderful, grounding and centering practice to use to find calm everyday. No experience necessary! Limited space available. Open to students in grades 5-12.
