Everyone is Shakespeare: A Collective Sonnet Workshop

Join Old Saybrook Poet Laureate Sandy Yannone as we examine the sonnet form, sharing classic and contemporary examples before collectively generating the 14-end line words to write your own sonnet.

Facilitator Sandra Yannone (she, they), is a  former resident of Bloomfield and current Poet Laureate of Old Saybrook, still has her Wintonbury library card issued in the late 60s. She is the author of The Glass Studio (2024) and Boats for Women (2019), by Salmon Poetry in Co. Clare, Ireland.
