Have you always wanted to write songs, or perhaps wanted help refining songs you’ve already written? Through this workshop, you’ll learn the parts of a song, how to make it authentic to your experience, and how to enhance your lyrics. Feel free to bring an instrument with you, but it is not required. Participants are encouraged to attend both sessions.
BPL is excited to welcome back music educator, multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, composer, and mix engineer Jaeme McDonald. Jaeme has released five albums showcasing his eclectic blend of funk, rock, and soul under the name JME Strchild and is the founder and musical director of Purple Luscious Love, a Prince tribute band.
