Stop by Prosser Library to learn more about the Upward Mobility program at The Village for Families & Children in Hartford. Upward Mobility is a partnership program where coaches work one-on-one with you and your family. It empowers you to identify and achieve life goals. Through this goal creation and accomplishment process, you will connect to community resources and like-minded peers, practice self-advocacy, and gain problem-solving and organizational skills.
