Job search can be a challenge and can be compounded by concerns over age and gaps in employment. Deb Krawiec, who has worked successfully with individuals facing career transition for over 20 years, will provide insights on how clients have successfully overcome these challenges and how you can too!  Learn the top ten winning strategies utilized by clients who have experienced successful job transition.  Learn how to sustain your focus and confidence, sell to your strengths and leverage the experience you have.

Deborah (Deb) Krawiec, is a National Certified Counselor (NCC), has a Master's Degree in Community Counseling and is the founder of Arrow Career Consulting, LLC. Deb is considered to be an insightful Career Consultant/Counselor, passionate about helping clients manage through the experience of job loss, while guiding the job seeker through the journey to find their next career and/or job opportunity.
