Program Description
Event Details
Join Miss Britt for a dance lesson! Children start with dance warm-ups followed by ballet and/or tap steps. (No special shoes needed. Dance in your socks!) Then students learn a few basic gymnastics moves on the mat. An egg shaker song and scarf song are also included.
After that, Miss Britt reads a book that goes along with the theme or is about dancing, and finishes with a craft.
Best for ages 3 to 6. Registration is appreciated as there is a max of 20 children for this special program.
Brittany Girardin is the owner of Miss Britt's Academy of Dance in Berlin, CT. She has choreographed over 75 musicals and is also an actor and singer with a resume of over 50 shows.
